At Safecoat, customer satisfaction is a priority. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone with order reference details.
Refunds are processed in cases of:
Canceled orders within the allowed window
Incorrect products received
Custom-manufactured items, bulk orders, or turnkey project services are non-refundable once production or execution has begun. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
