SC HR 100, developed under the trusted brand SC Paint and manufactured by UGAM Technology, is a high-performance Elastomeric Thermal Insulation and Waterproof Coating designed to deliver dual protection — heat reduction and waterproofing. This single-component, water-based coating forms a flexible, crack-bridging, and durable film that offers exceptional resistance to UV rays, water penetration, and weathering.

Once cured, SC HR 100 acts as an effective heat barrier and moisture shield, preventing surface deterioration and reducing energy consumption in air-conditioned structures by up to 40%.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • For concrete or masonry, apply SC Base Coat.
  • For asbestos surfaces, use SC GP Primer.
  • For metal roofs, apply SC Epoxy Primer using SC EP Thinner.
  • For galvanized or pre-coated metals, use SC Etch Primer.

Application by Airless Spray

  1. Dilute SC HR 100 with 10–20% potable water.

  2. Mix thoroughly before use.

  3. Apply the first coat with an airless spray gun.

  4. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

  5. Apply subsequent coats until a 250-micron DFT is achieved.

  6. Coverage: 20 sq.ft/ltr (3 coats).

  7. Allow 30% extra for application wastage.

Application by Brush or Roller

  1. Stir well and thin with 10–20% water.

  2. Apply three coats with 4-hour intervals between each.

  3. Allow 24 hours drying after the final coat.

  4. Ensure coverage does not exceed 20 sq.ft/ltr for 250 microns DFT.
