SC HR 100 PU White is a polyurethane-based heat-reflective coating designed for surfaces exposed to moderate temperatures. It provides excellent reflectivity, durability, and resistance to environmental factors. The coating is particularly suitable for railway, industrial, and infrastructure applications where long-lasting performance is required. It helps reduce surface temperature and improves energy efficiency. Its strong adhesion and weather resistance ensure long-term protection. All products are Green Products and are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, ensuring quality, reliability, and environmentally responsible production
Thermal Insulation:
SC HR 100 significantly reduces surface temperature by reflecting infrared and ultraviolet radiation. Tested by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA, it demonstrates excellent heat reflection properties — reducing roof temperatures from 82°C to approximately 51°C.
Elastomeric Flexibility:
The coating’s 200% elongation capacity bridges existing cracks up to 0.5 mm, preventing future cracking and peeling.
Waterproof Protection:
Forms an impermeable film that resists water seepage, leakage, and ponding, providing long-term waterproofing even under standing water conditions.
Energy Efficiency:
When applied to air-conditioned buildings, it reduces the internal temperature and results in up to 40% electricity savings.
Durability and Weather Resistance:
With excellent UV stability, alkali resistance, and mildew resistance, SC HR 100 provides long-lasting surface protection in harsh Indian climates.
Multi-Surface Compatibility:
Suitable for RCC terraces, metal roofs, asbestos sheets, GI sheets, galvalume panels, vehicles, industrial roofs, ovens, furnaces, and steam pipelines.
Custom Shades Available:
Available in RAL 9010 White and other RAL shades upon request.
Dilute SC HR 100 with 10–20% potable water.
Mix thoroughly before use.
Apply the first coat with an airless spray gun.
Allow to dry for 24 hours.
Apply subsequent coats until a 250-micron DFT is achieved.
Coverage: 20 sq.ft/ltr (3 coats).
Allow 30% extra for application wastage.
Stir well and thin with 10–20% water.
Apply three coats with 4-hour intervals between each.
Allow 24 hours drying after the final coat.
Ensure coverage does not exceed 20 sq.ft/ltr for 250 microns DFT.
