SC HR 400 is a heat-resistant coating designed for surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 400°C. It provides excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and durability. The coating is commonly used in industrial equipment, exhaust systems, and machinery. It enhances performance and extends equipment lifespan. All products are Green Products and are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, ensuring quality, reliability, and environmentally responsible production
SC HR-400 is a high-performance, single-component heat-resistant coating developed for industries where surfaces must withstand prolonged exposure to heat, oxidation, and corrosive elements. Its unique formulation ensures superior film strength, chemical stability, and weathering resistance, providing both protective and aesthetic benefits.
This coating forms a smooth, glossy film that adheres strongly to metal substrates, offering long-term protection against rust, moisture, and heat-induced degradation. It is ideal for use on chimneys, furnaces, ovens, silencers, exhaust pipes, and other metallic surfaces exposed to high temperatures.
SC HR-400 is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, including:
Whether used in process industries, automotive plants, or thermal power stations, SC HR-400 ensures that all metal surfaces remain well-protected from both heat and corrosion.
SC HR-400 is designed to perform exceptionally well in environments with acidic fumes, alkali splashes, and solvent exposure. Laboratory tests confirm its outstanding resistance against:
In addition, its anti-corrosive formulation ensures that steel and metal surfaces remain free from rust even under high humidity and salt spray conditions.
Proper surface preparation is crucial to achieving optimal performance.
Mix thoroughly before and during application.
Apply by brush, roller, or conventional spray.
Use SC HR Thinner for thinning (5–15% depending on method).
Apply in multiple coats to achieve the recommended dry film thickness.
Avoid application when the temperature is below 10°C, above 50°C, or when humidity exceeds 90%.
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with thinner.
Note: For optimum heat resistance, allow at least 7 days of curing before exposing to high temperatures.
